Pelvic-floor audio and intimacy guides, by the minute
Sessions run 3 to 12 minutes

You think about her, and about the bedroom. The routine takes six minutes.

Fieldstone is a library of short audio sessions and written guides: Kegel and pelvic-floor exercises, the positions they are done in, hip mobility, breathing, and a chapter on positions for intimacy. It plays them on an eight-week calendar, a few minutes a day.

Fifty-six days, week by week

Each square is one day. The colour shows the phase. The seventh day of each week is a short reading day instead of an exercise day.

What each phase brings

Two weeks per phase. Each one names the positions, the minutes, and what is played.

Weeks 1–2: flat on your back

The audio talks you through locating the pelvic-floor muscle, then short holds and releases counted out loud.

3–5 min
On your back, knees bentFeet flat on the bed or floor, arms loose. Holds of a few seconds, released for the same count.
Slow nose breathingIn for four, out for six, before and after each set.

Weeks 3–4: on a chair, then standing

The same holds move upright, so they fit into a desk break or the minute the kettle boils.

5–7 min
Upright on a stool or chairFeet under the knees, back tall, the holds counted slowly.
Standing at the counterHands resting on the edge, weight on both feet, the same rhythm.
Hip openers on the floorSlow rotations and seated stretches between sets.

Weeks 5–6: bridge and low squat

Longer holds in bigger positions, with trunk work on the floor and long exhale counts.

6–9 min
Glute bridge, slow liftHips raised from the floor, held, lowered on a count of five.
Low squat, heels downHolding the bottom of a squat with a hand on a door frame if needed.
Floor trunk setsTwo-minute rounds on your back, arms and legs moving slowly.

Weeks 7–8: closeness, comfort and pace

The daily pelvic sessions continue. Alongside them, a written chapter on positions for intimacy, each one explained by comfort, closeness and pace.

6–12 min
Lying on the side, togetherClose, unhurried, easy on the back and hips.
Sitting close, facing herEye contact, arms around each other, a slow pace set by both.

Things men ask about Fieldstone

Does anyone see or hear the sessions?

No. The audio plays in your headphones and the holds are invisible from the outside, which is why many sessions are done at a desk or in bed next to her.

What if a day on the calendar gets skipped?

The calendar waits. Fieldstone moves the session to the next day, and the library is there for any 3-minute gap in between.

Can she use the guides too?

Yes. The week 7 and 8 chapter on positions, comfort and pace is written for both of you, and it can be shared to her phone from the guide screen.

Tonight has a six-minute slot

Day one is three and a half minutes on your back, then a short breath count. Fieldstone lines up day two for tomorrow.
